I find it impressive when a book can make me like characters, but I also find it just as impressive when a book can make me hate characters I'm SUPPOSED to hate.

Varys. I don't hate Varys, but I hate his fashion sense. Coloring him became a game of, "How many shades of purple can I make with the colors I have?" Also, I meant his shirt to look a little like a spiderweb pattern.

Cersei. You went down on my sh*t list when you made Jaime push Bran out the window, but ordering the Starks to kill an innocent Direwolf? Tearing up your dead hubby's letter granting power to Eddard? Turning Sansa on her family? IT. IS. ON. Hold me back, man! Hold me back! Things are about to get crazy up in here! Also, I know her hair's kind of Farrah Fawcett-y, but I imagine her having neat, every-hair-in-place-ice-queen hair when she's with Robert, but then getting sexy sexy big Farrah Fawcett bedhead with Jaime.
